Precision bushings for proper tightening of Shafts in turning lathe self-centering chucks.
CNC-machined in Delrin, they ensure a firm grip without the risk of damaging the shaft (make sure that no jaw enters the slot of the bushing and that excessive tightening force is not applied).
They have been developed with an additional 0.2 mm in width compared to the diameter at the base of the leather, allowing them to be fitted 15 mm from it.
Suitable for replacing Ferrules and Tips on turning lathes equipped with self-centering chucks or Schaublin-type collets (in this case, check the external diameter of the bushing once fitted).
